Women's forum APPNA, NJ chapter was recently established for and by the women. Women can join AAPNA women’s forum as either members, associate members, or affiliate members.

The goals and objectives of the Women’s forum are:

To provide a forum for the women physicians to network with the other women physicians and discuss personal or professional issues with peers.
- Increase the number APPNA NJ members by reaching out to the women physicians
-
To provide support and job opportunities to non-licensed women physicians.

Provide time and effort for volunteering at homeless communities and immigrant clinics. Issues such as immunity and malpractice have to be clarified.

Establish or add on the existing AAPNA NJ website a health forum by specialists to address community health needs such as "Ask the expert" section for community to ask questions regarding health issues.
- Establish a chat room for physicians to consult with each other/ discuss difficult cases etc
- To establish youth and children program
